By accessing and using the services provided by Demerrinco Tours ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Demerrinco Tours provides guided city tour services across major Canadian cities including Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and Ottawa. Our services include but are not limited to:
All tour bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our website booking system. Verbal confirmations are not considered valid reservations.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and electronic transfer payments. Full payment is due before tour commencement.
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the original quoted price.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient bookings, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some tours may have specific age restrictions which will be clearly communicated at booking.
Participants must inform us of any health conditions or mobility limitations that may affect tour participation. We will make reasonable accommodations where possible.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and the public. We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.
Tour participants acknowledge that city tours involve certain inherent risks including but not limited to walking on uneven surfaces, weather exposure, and urban traffic hazards. Participants assume these risks voluntarily.
Demerrinco Tours' liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from tour participation.
We strongly recommend that participants obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance. Our company insurance does not cover participant medical expenses or personal property loss.
Tours may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.
Tours operate in most weather conditions. We provide recommendations for appropriate clothing and gear. Tours may be modified or cancelled for extreme weather conditions at the guide's discretion for safety reasons.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Demerrinco Tours and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
